Account Deletion Request
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data or access any past medical records.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us:

Required Information:
- Your registered phone number
- Your full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Personal Information: Name, phone number, date of birth, gender, national ID, nationality, height, weight, marital status
- Account Details: Password, profile photo, email address
- Medical Records: Medical history, prescriptions, medical reports, lab test results
- Consultation History: Past and scheduled consultations, doctor appointments
- Financial Data: Wallet balance, transaction history
- Device Information: Device tokens and notification preferences
Processing Time
Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
Data Retention Policy
Please note that some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes as required by Saudi Arabian healthcare laws, including:
- Medical records required by law to be retained for specific periods
- Financial transaction records for tax and audit purposes
- Records necessary for ongoing legal proceedings or disputes

طلب حذف الحساب
⚠️ هام: حذف الحساب نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. بمجرد حذف حسابك، لن تتمكن من استعادة بياناتك أو الوصول إلى أي سجلات طبية سابقة.
كيفية طلب حذف الحساب
لطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به، يرجى الاتصال بنا:

- رقم الهاتف المسجل
- الاسم الكامل
- سبب الحذف (اختياري)
ما هي البيانات التي سيتم حذفها
- المعلومات الشخصية: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، رقم الهوية، الجنسية، الطول، الوزن، الحالة الاجتماعية
- تفاصيل الحساب: كلمة المرور، الصورة الشخصية، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني
- السجلات الطبية: التاريخ الطبي، الوصفات الطبية، التقارير الطبية، نتائج الفحوصات
- سجل الاستشارات: الاستشارات السابقة والمجدولة، مواعيد الأطباء
- البيانات المالية: رصيد المحفظة، سجل المعاملات
- معلومات الجهاز: رموز الجهاز وتفضيلات الإشعارات
مدة المعالجة
سيتم معالجة طلب حذف حسابك في غضون 30 يوماً من استلام طلبك. ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني بمجرد حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائياً.
سياسة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
يرجى ملاحظة أنه قد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات لأغراض الامتثال القانوني والتنظيمي كما هو مطلوب بموجب قوانين الرعاية الصحية السعودية، بما في ذلك:
- السجلات الطبية المطلوب الاحتفاظ بها قانوناً لفترات محددة
- سجلات المعاملات المالية لأغراض الضرائب والتدقيق
- السجلات الضرورية للإجراءات القانونية الجارية أو النزاعات
